Amy Frantz

After starting her career in marketing for high-tech and clean-tech products and solutions, Amy pivoted to human resources and has been the Director of People Operations in the large-scale 3D printing solution space for the last 7 years. Fascinated by complex technologies and solving customer problems, Amy’ passion is how these aspects translate to HR processes and building culture.

Amy is American, originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and before settling in Berlin spent a decade living and studying in New York City. Amy now considers herself a true “Berliner” after 20+ years in Germany’s capital. She has two daughters and is a sports fanatic with a special love of spinning and cross-fit.
